About MVP Sports & Jeremey KendallJeremey Kendall has been involved in baseball since he was playing little league in Milwaukee, WI. A Wisconsin native, Jeremey has been playing higher level baseball since his freshman year at East Troy High School. After starting 4 years on varsity for East Troy, Jeremey walked on and attended Winona State University. As a freshman, Jeremey became Winona's starting center fielder and ended up leading the NSIC in batting average, hitting .417. As a 2 time NSIC All Conference Player Jeremey went on to be a 26th round selection of the Philadelphia Phillies in 1992. During a 5 year career with the Phillies, Jeremey played in a total of 407 games tallying 403 hits with 1994 being his best year. In 1994, Jeremey recorded career highs with 148 hits, 55th best; 98 runs scored, 18th best and 62 stolen bases 4th best for all of the minors leagues. Jeremey was elected to 3 All-Star Teams and in 1994 was considered to be one of the best outfielders in the Philadelphia Phillies minor league system. Entering his 10th season as an amateur coach, Jeremey continues to play an instrumental role in the communities he has coached. He has led Onalaska and Holmen to two consecutive "Stars of Tomorrow" championships, one in 2007 and one in 2008. The last 3 years Jeremey has compiled a 124-14 overall record as a head coach and as an assistant. Here are Jeremey's statistics with the Phillies minor league organization.
